• Driving within simulated working conditions
• Manoeuvring skills
• Rated capacity / Load centre
• Hydraulic system and use of the controls
• Stacking / de-stacking – load handling skills
• Vehicle loading and offloading
• Refuelling and recharging procedures including battery handling and housing

 

At the end of the course, there is an official practical exam, and participants receive an official certificate of completion.

 

The basic course for safe forklift operation concludes with an exam that meets the final and testing standards of the SSVV Training Guide (SOG). Upon passing, participants obtain the forklift certificate “Safe Working with the Forklift”. The validity of the diploma is 5 years.

Upon passing the forklift exam, you are authorized to operate forklifts. The forklift certificate issued by INT Services is recognized throughout the Netherlands. Depending on the internal company rules, it may also be valid in Belgium and Germany.

If you pass, you will receive the “Safe Working with the Forklift” certificate and an ID card. The certificate is valid for 5 years.

In addition to the forklift course, you can also obtain the VCA Basic or VCA VOL certificate at our training center within one day. We offer day courses with exams available in 17 languages.

The minimum age to participate in the course is 16 years. From 18 years old, it is permitted to operate a forklift independently. At 16, you may operate under supervision.

To take the course, you must have safety boots with protective toes. Students will not be admitted to the course and exam without safety boots.
